Rules
If you have a contract that states 8 hours a day, you will be paid an extra hourly wage when you exceed 8 hours.
If you work overtime for 1 hour with a contract that states 7 hours a day, you will be paid a normal hourly wage as legal overtime.
Late night working
Work between 10 pm and 5 am will incur a wage increase, even if it is not overtime.
Working on days off
Working on legal holidays incur a wage increase.
