Shugyou kisoku
Regulations that summarize working conditions such as salary regulations and working hours of employees, discipline and rules in the workplace that workers are required to comply with.
Businesses with 10 or more workers at all times are obliged to create Employment Regulations and notify the Labor Standards Inspection Office. In addition, it is necessary to arrange a place where workers can check their Employment Regulations.
