Difference of work conditions

Wage decreased less than 85%

Refusal to renew fixed-term contracts that have continued for 3 years or more
If the fixed term employment contract (if the period of the contract was for one year or less) was renewed and the employee continues to be employed for three years or more, but in the end, the employment contract hasn't been renewed and the employee has left the job.
The contract wasn't renewed
