Moving out to another country
You need to complete the procedure at the municipality where you will have your last address in Japan.
Procedure (Method, Place, What You Need)
When to complete the procedure:
You can start it from 14 days before the date you plan to leave.
What you will need:
Residence Card/Gaijin Card/ Zairyu card
My Number Card(Return)
National Health Insurance Card(Return)
A document that can confirm the date you will leave
Other procedures:
After the procedure of moving out to another country is complete, you can apply for Lump-sum Withdrawal payments of pension(National pention/Company pention) if you meet the requirements.
